You choose what you eat. AI only suggests. Check every list before you shop.
Step 1: Write your needs
- Write how many people, and how many dinners.
- Write foods you like, and foods you can't eat.
- Write your budget and any diet your doctor gave you.
New to this? Try the practice notes first.
Step 2: Ask AI for a meal plan
Paste the prompt. Add your notes after it. Then send.
Plan easy dinners for the days in my notes. Use only foods I can eat. Each meal under 30 minutes and 8 ingredients. Reuse leftovers. Stay in my budget. Do not give medical advice. My notes:
Step 3: Ask AI for a shopping list
Make one shopping list for this plan. Group it by store section. Add amounts. Mark items I said I already have. Leave out any food I can't eat.
Step 4: Check the plan
- Read every meal. Cross out anything you can't eat or don't like.
- Check the list against your kitchen. Strike what you have.
- Every item on the list should be in a meal. Cross off any that isn't.
- On a special diet? Ask your doctor or nurse. AI is not a doctor.
Step 5: Shop and keep it
- Print the list, or copy it into a note on your phone.
- Keep plans you liked. Reuse them next week.
