You approve and send. AI only drafts. The AI draft is not the final letter.
Step 1: Gather your facts
- Use your letter list or call notes (see guides 01 and 02). Write dates, amounts and what you want.
- Leave out SSN, member ID, account numbers, name, birth date and address. Never give AI a password or PIN.
- Pasting? Delete the numbers first. Photo? Cover them with paper.
- Type [ME] and [ACCOUNT], not your real details. Put your details back before you send.
New to this? Try the practice notes first.
Step 2: Ask AI for a calm draft
Paste the prompt. Add your notes after it. Then send.
Draft a calm short reply I can send. Use [ME] and [ACCOUNT]. Stick to the dates, amounts and what I want in my notes. No blame. No threats. Do not invent facts. Do not ask for or include an SSN, password or PIN. Under 10 sentences. My notes:
Step 3: Ask AI to tighten it
Tighten this draft. Cut blame and emotion. Keep only facts from my notes. Fix any date, amount or name that does not match. Still use [ME] and [ACCOUNT]. Under 8 sentences. Here is the draft:
Then paste the AI's first draft right after this prompt, and send.
Step 4: Check every fact
- Every date, amount and name matches your letter and notes. The AI made nothing up.
- No SSN, password, PIN or full account number appears.
- No [ME] or [ACCOUNT] left. Your details are back in.
- You still decide what to send. Change anything you do not like.
Step 5: Send, or get help
- Send only the version you approve. Mail, email or the method the letter says.
- Keep a copy of what you sent and the date.
- Get help if a deadline is close or the letter asks for private details.
